Crispy Cabbage and Egg Patties

Finely shred the cabbage using a knife or grater.

Place it in a large bowl and sprinkle with a little salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

Add the following to the cabbage:

  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Flour
  • Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper

Mix everything well until the mixture becomes thick and easy to shape.

Step 3: Shape the Patties

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into oval or round patties using your hands.

If the mixture feels too wet, add a little more flour.

Step 4: Fry Until Golden

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Place the patties carefully into the pan and fry for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

Transfer the patties to paper towels to remove extra oil.

Serve hot with:

  • Garlic yogurt sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh salad
